This might be a silly question but. I wish to setup as a small Telco offering free phone/ premium rate numbers and a switching service (e.g. re-route the number to their existing telco). I also want to be able to be able to setup touch tone input voice competitions and mail boxes and finally re-rout data calls to our RAS server.
What switch software do I need, the best make to go for and the cost involved?
Additionally can anyone tell me how I obtain premium rate numbers in other countries?
